Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Generally all orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday to Friday.
We use a limited stock system to drastically reduce 'out of stocks' if for some reason we do not have the product required we will notify you immediately.

Mysmokingshop does not disclose buyers' information to third parties. We take your privacy very seriously indeed. If you don't want us to contact you for promotional purposes, we won't (we will, of course, communicate with you in connection with any order which you have placed, including order confirmation e-mails). If the items you receive are faulty or you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 7 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received at Mysmokingshop , we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.
Goods may only be returned with permission from ourselves. Please contact us for a returns number and shipping instructions. Any item returned without consent from ourselves will not be accepted.
If you do not inform us within 7 days of receipt that you have decided to return goods which are not faulty, you will be charged a 2% re-stocking fee. Postage will never be refunded.
